The operator currently disables the Coherence IP monitor by default. We have decided that this behaviour is not really required so the default will be to not configure IP monitor at all and leave the Coherence default behaviour. The enableIPMonitor field is still in the CRD and can still be used to disable/enable IP monitor if the customer wants to.

Closing this PR as we have decided to leave IP Monitor disabled by the Operator as it is not guaranteed to work in all K8s configurations.
